HOUSE DETAILS The house situated on Colgate Road is a modern country home decorated with a rustic flavor. We are set back off the road and tucked into a private 11 acres of woods and meadows bordered by a stream. Large windows throughout the house invite you into the scenic Catskill State Park. We frequently have deer, turkey, pheasant, and the occasional bear sighting during breakfast. There are three bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Another room has two single beds and a fold up cot. The last bedroom has a full bed and a single bed. The den has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. A cathedral ceiling, full with windows, brings in the warm sunlight during the day. In the evening the moon and stars wash the room in moonlight. Two couches, one a pullout bed, and an armchair provide comfort while socializing, sitting by the fire or watching satellite TV. A modern kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances. Stovetop, oven, microwave and a dishwasher provide you with all of today's modern comforts. Spend time relaxing in the rustic sun room with stone floors, woodstove and view to the woods. Open the windows and breathe the mountain air. Experience the fantastic weather of the mountaintop and sit on the deck for an outdoor lunch. Other features:
